Founded in 1999, Greenspan has offices in Ireland and England. This is a company at the forefront of modern building technology using highly innovative specialist products to deliver a comprehensive range of solutions for the construction industry. Since it was established in 1999 it has since achieved considerable success in the industry and has forged strong relationships with multinational companies such as USG (United States Gypsum), Knauf/USG (Germany), Teais (Spain), Unifix (Canada) and Brillux (Germany). All of these companies are widely acknowledged as being at the cutting edge of modern building concepts and systems.

Greenspan has adopted an aggressive approach to the marketing of a range of proven products that set’s new building standards for design and construction.

The company takes a specialist approach to the systems it promotes, from the initial certifications with various construction governing bodies, for example NSAI, SEAI, BBA, EOTA, to becoming involved at the initial design stage of projects, offering a full technical backup to architects and engineers, and following through providing developers with knowledge-based modern building solutions.

Greenspan supply a wide range of construction products to both residential and commercial sectors, such as exterior and interior cement board systems, external insulation systems, interior finishing products, poured gypsum floors and one coat renders, etc. The company’s biggest customers are building merchant groups and large contractors.

The innovative company is continuously developing and improving current systems to make them more cost effective and user friendly.

The company has recently been making substantial inroads into UK and has recently secured substantial projects in North Wales, Scotland, Jersey and UK Midlands. Also there is considerable number of projects upcoming where its products are being used by architects.
